Overview

At Nullrefdev, we stand behind our products. This refund policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. Our policy balances customer protection with the realities of digital product distribution.

Merchant of Record

All transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. You can manage your orders and request refunds at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account.

1. Refunds for Defective, Corrupted, or Misdescribed Products

We offer full refunds if the digital product is:

• Defective or Corrupted: The download file is damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened/executed
• Not as Described: The product does not match the features or specifications clearly advertised on our website
• Missing Content: The product lacks substantial content that was promised at time of purchase
• Malfunction: The software crashes immediately upon launch or core functionality does not work as advertised

How to request a refund for defects:

1. Contact Lemon Squeezy support through your order management portal within 30 days of purchase
2. Provide evidence of the defect (screenshots, error messages, reproduction steps)
3. Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing

This refund right is guaranteed under EU Consumer Sales Directive and applies regardless of whether you started the download.

2. No Refunds for "Change of Mind" (After Download Begins)

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or dissatisfaction once you have started downloading or accessing the product.

By clicking "Purchase" and proceeding to download, you agree that you:

• Have reviewed the product description, system requirements, and features
• Have verified compatibility with your system before purchase
• Consent to immediate performance of the contract
• Accept the loss of your 14-day EU withdrawal right upon starting the download

If you are unsure about compatibility or features, please check our documentation and system requirements before purchasing. Trial versions or demos may be available to help you make an informed decision.

3. Pre-Purchase Withdrawal Right (Before Download Begins)

If you have NOT started downloading or accessing the product:

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase according to Directive 2011/83/EU. You can exercise this right by:

1. Logging into your Lemon Squeezy customer portal
2. Navigating to your orders and selecting "Request Withdrawal" before performance begins
3. Following Lemon Squeezy's simplified withdrawal process

This right expires once you start the download or the product is first accessed. Non-EU consumers may have different withdrawal rights depending on their local laws.

4. No Refunds for System Incompatibility

We do not offer refunds for hardware or software incompatibility if the incompatibility was clearly stated.

V-Ghost requires:

• Windows 10 or later
• .NET 9 runtime (free download from Microsoft)

You are responsible for verifying that your system meets these requirements before purchase. If your system does not meet requirements and this was clearly stated in our documentation, no refund will be provided.

Exception: If the product is advertised as compatible with your system configuration but does not work despite meeting stated requirements, this may qualify as a defect and you should contact support.

5. Third-Party Software & Conflicts

Nullrefdev is not responsible for:

• Conflicts with antivirus software or security tools
• Compatibility issues with third-party applications
• System performance degradation caused by other software
• Firewall or network configuration issues

If you experience conflicts with third-party software, please contact technical support before requesting a refund. We may be able to help resolve the issue.

6. Refund Processing Time

When a refund is approved:

• The refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy
• Your payment method is credited within 5-10 business days
• Your access to the product is revoked

Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. Please allow additional time if you used credit card or international payment methods.

7. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy:

1. Visit your order in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal
2. Click "Request Refund" or "Request Withdrawal"
3. Select a reason and provide details
4. Submit your request
5. Lemon Squeezy will review and respond within 5-7 business days

You can also contact Lemon Squeezy support directly if you need additional assistance.

8. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the product multiple times, we will refund the duplicate purchase(s) within 7 days of contact. Please reach out to Lemon Squeezy's support team with your order details.

9. Regional Variations

EU & EEA Residents: This policy complies with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), the Digital Services Act, and provides your statutory consumer protections. These rights cannot be waived.

US & Other Regions: Your refund rights are determined by your local laws and regulations. Refunds for defects are always available. Refunds for other reasons depend on your jurisdiction's consumer protection laws.

10. Subscription or Recurring Charges

V-Ghost is sold as a one-time purchase with no recurring charges or subscriptions. You are not charged after your initial purchase. Updates and future versions may be offered separately.

11. Exceptions & Special Cases

Refunds may be denied if:

• The request is made more than 60 days after purchase (except for defects)
• The product was purchased on behalf of another person who has already used it extensively
• The request is determined to be fraudulent or part of a pattern of abuse

12. Consumer Dispute Resolution

EU Consumers: If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you have the right to:

• File a complaint with your national consumer protection authority
• Use an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) service (contact your national consumer authority for details)
• Pursue legal action in your local courts

For non-EU consumers, your local consumer protection authority may provide similar dispute resolution services.

13. Changes to This Policy

Nullrefdev reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your purchase is governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
