3. Digital Products License

• Use the software for illegal purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the software to compete with Nullrefdev or create derivative works for commercial purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Nullrefdev and V-Ghost are owned by Nullrefdev or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of it.

5. System Requirements & Compatibility

The software requires Windows 10 or later and .NET 9 runtime. We provide system requirements on our download page. Nullrefdev is not responsible for compatibility issues arising from your specific hardware, operating system version, or pre-existing software conflicts. You are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

6. EU Right of Withdrawal & Explicit Consent

Important: By clicking "Purchase" and proceeding to download or access the digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate beginning of the performance of the contract. You acknowledge and accept that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period under EU Directive 2011/83/EU) once the download begins or the product is made available to you.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract before you start downloading or accessing the digital product. Lemon Squeezy provides a simplified withdrawal process accessible through your order management portal on the Lemon Squeezy website for any qualifying withdrawals before performance begins.

• The software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
